Official Biography
Floraclee is a Quebec-based emo, screamo and melodic post-hardcore band formed in 2007. After more than a decade of silence, the band returns with a darker, heavier and more honest identity, shaped by time, loss, personal wounds and everything that had to be lived through before it could be turned into music.
Made up of Autumn on vocals, Kevin Michaud on guitar, David Tremblay on bass and Marc Antoine on drums, Floraclee draws its energy from raw emotion, screams that were held back for too long, and the need to say things without hiding behind anything. In its early years, the band was part of the MySpace, PureVolume and 2000s emo/post-hardcore era, inspired by bands such as Underoath, Alexisonfire, Blessthefall, Taking Back Sunday and Armor For Sleep.
Today, Floraclee is not returning to recreate the past or live through nostalgia. The band is coming back with something more real: music marked by lived experience, mistakes, silence, broken relationships and personal battles. The album RUIN. represents exactly that idea — what remains when everything falls apart, and what we choose to rebuild from the broken pieces.
Floraclee is the image of a flower growing from soil filled with bones, ruins and forgotten stories. A flower that keeps growing despite the darkness. More than just a comeback, Floraclee represents reconstruction: moving forward with scars, without denying the past, but without becoming who we used to be.
